Become a Moodler!
What is Moodle? Moodle stands for Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment. Moodle is a free online software package for producing online courses and web sites. The software package allows teachers to upload files and resources, create assignments, and create various modules including chats, forums, glossaries, quizzes, surveys, and workshops. Teachers can use Moodle as their platform to conduct fully online courses and build richly collaborative assignments or deliver content to students to assess learning using assignments or quizzes. Visit http://www.moodletutorials.org/ to view short Moodle tutorial videos. Calallen ISD has created a Moodle account for staff at http://www.calallen.k12.tx.us/courses/ . What will you Moodle?
